The first objective of Corporate Tribes is to raise knowledge in Luxembourg in terms of disruptive organization models, which means working with self-organizing teams, and take this to a higher level. The second objective of Corporate Tribes is to put Luxembourg internationally on the map!

Corporate tribes is the platform for Agile organizations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. By organizing events, exhibitions, doing research and partnerships with various media platforms, we introduce Agile and organizational culture to a wide audience.

Many consultancy companies and Agile gurus use (scales) Agile as a method for Tribes Transformations. Like many Agile purists, they always ignore the fact that existing processes in (large) organizations can not be changed from one day to another.

Agile principles are leading and tools and techniques can help you but it’s all about the agile mindset. By this mindset, organizations can transform within their own (DNA/Culture).
